NinadI had been a boxer in my school days. During a match at high school, my opponent knocked me out which led to a pain in my front pair of teeth. I went to Empress Orthodontics. They did not treat my problem well and charged me anyway even my problem was not gone. Mean people!

Poor customer service. Unprofessional attitude. Front desk staff are unorganized. I called one day to tell them that one of my braces had broken and was told to wait till my next appointment which was 3 weeks away. When at the appointment Dr. Shadman got mad that she did not know about my broken bracket and threw a fit. Another time she touched the keyboard which had been handled by other staff with her gloves on and then attempted to work in my mouth. I would not suggest this clinic.
